Student update

In addition to supporting students in secondary school, FOCHTA supports a total of 11 students in tertiary institutions, and we will share with our supporters the following good news:

Nenani James and Kelvin Dickman, who have both studied Advanced Diploma in Community Development at Skyway College, have recently passed their exams.

Amadu Bwanali, a student at Catholic University, was on vacation during July 2009 when he did his attachment at Thyolo District Social Welfare Office, as a requirement for his Bachelor of Social Science degree, a four year course.

Malamulo College of Health Science student Gift Bokosi has completed his third year. As he achieved outstanding exam results, Malamulo Hospital offered him a position, and he works there now as a Clinical Oficer.

Two Skyway Business College students, Dikirani Madalitso and Rose Namireka, have gone back to college for Diploma Level 11. Dikirani is persuing Community Development and Rose Business Administration.
